1) Seat side to work
Adjustable seat or lambda chair, in telework the seat must be well thought out to preserve vitality!
- The seat height.Too high, it creates pressures on the thighs (heavy legs, varicose veins) and the sciatic nerve (low back pain).Too low, the knees bent higher than the hips compress the digestive organs and induce pain in the glutes.
To adjust the height well, stand standing in front of the chair and position the seat just below your ball. Thus, your feet will rest flat, on the ground.Lack of adjustable chair, compensate with an ergonomic cushion or a footrest to reach the right height.
- the seat depth. It should make it possible to rely against the file without the seat plateau compressing the hollow of the knees where venous and lymphatic trunks sit.In width, the seat must be sufficient not to compress the side of the thighs.
To properly adjust the depth, for lack of a seat with controller allowing it, add a cylindrical cushion to the lumbar level to reduce the depth.Be careful if you opt for a large seat with armrests: they must allow your forearms to stay close to the body, being neither too high (pain in the shoulders) nor too low (bad for the back and theneck).
