Relief intervened on Tuesday in Le Havre (Seine-Maritime) to help a two-year-old child who fell from the second floor of a building, reports Paris Normandy.
According to the first elements noted on the spot, he would have climbed on a sofa before falling into the void, through a window. He would have fallen from a height of seven meters.
In absolute emergency during his transfer
The victim was unconscious when the Smur 76 arrived and was taken care of before being helicoptered to the Caen Hospital Center. The child was admitted to the pediatric ward and placed in intensive care. He was in a state of absolute emergency during his transfer.
Thirteen firefighters, in five vehicles, were also sent to the scene. The police set up a security perimeter and blocked traffic in the neighborhood to allow rescuers to treat the little victim. The parents of the child, in a state of shock, were also taken care of by the firefighters.
