With milk
Grandmother's tip to immediately give leather sofas shine is to put milk on the surface with a cotton swab. And for good reason, the dairy product feeds the fibres, strengthens the fabric and polishes the furniture. Of course, it should not be abused and if, after use, you notice a bad smell, you can rinse with a little cold water.
Caution: before cleaning the entire sofa with milk, try it first on a small part first. This food could lighten dark-coloured sofas, so it is more suitable for light fabrics.
With olive oil
To take advantage of this trick, start by placing olive oil on the sofa using a cotton swab and insisting on where the fabric appears to be the most dull and damaged.
It is also recommended to mix 3 proportions of olive oil for one lemon juice. Please note that this solution can only be used for light couches because lemon juice can spoil the colour of dark sofas due to its lightening properties.
The ideal is to always test the product only on a hidden area of the sofa before using it all over its surface.

With white vinegar
White vinegar is formidable to overcome stains on tissues. First dilute one glass (about 150 ml) in 500 ml of water. Soak a microfibre cloth with this mixture and wipe the sofa. All we have to do is rinse!
NB: use this remedy only on the stained or dirty part of the couch as white vinegar may be aggressive and damage the texture and colour of the leather.
You can also use it to clean other parts of the house.

With Marseille soap
If your leather sofa is very delicate, you can use Marseille soap. Dissolve about 30 grams of this product in 500 ml of water, mix well and use the preparation by wiping it on the sofa with a microfibre cloth. This solution will not only clean the leather on your sofa but will make it sparkling and like new!
Dust accumulation is often one of the main causes of stained or dirty skin.
It is important to dust your leather sofas at least once or twice a week. To do this, the tools to be adopted are within kitchen reach. A wool cloth will suffice because thanks to its electrostatic properties, it will remove all dust particles in one passage.
You can also use a special dust cloth that can be found in all major areas.
