Delivery of goods
As soon as a purchase is accompanied by a delivery, the seller is obliged to communicate to you clearly and readable, before the signing of the contract, the date or the deadline to which he undertakes to deliver the property or to execute theservice.
In the absence of information, the seller has a maximum period of 30 days to deliver you.
This obligation applies that the sale takes place in a store or that it is concluded remotely (by internet, by correspondence, by phone...)).
Note: if the delivery must arrive before a specific date (birthday present, departure on vacation, wedding...)) and that this is an essential condition for you, have it specified in writing in the contract.
Namely: if the contract does not indicate any date, the seller is liable to an administrative fine, the amount of which cannot exceed € 3,000 for a natural person and € 15,000 for a legal person (article L.131-1 of the Consumer Code)).
