What can you say about the motivations that drive customers to choose the installation of an industrial curtain?
In order to fight against the risk of infringements and damage, the installation of a steel curtain remains unquestionably the most suitable option and certainly reflects the main motivation for the requests we receive. Can you specify what this maintenance contract consists of?
Although very strongly recommended by insurance companies, which can refuse compensation in the event of a dispute, in terms of regulations, the installation of a metal shutter is not required by law in terms of safety professional. On the other hand, if it is towards this solution that the professional has turned, it is in duty (decree of December 21, 1993) to ensure regular maintenance, certified by an approved company. Subscribing to the Metal Curtain Maintenance Contract with our company makes it possible to obtain the passage certificate, which validates the conformity (European standard EN 13 241 + A1) of the device and guarantees the proper functioning of the equipment. In addition, this maintenance contract includes a set of services, including diagnostics and advice on the maintenance of the rolling shutter in order to limit the risk of breakage and, if necessary, rapid repairs. Exactly, what should I do in the event of a problem?
Obsolete or poorly maintained equipment is obviously more exposed to the risk of breakdowns and risks no longer fulfilling its intrinsic mission, hence the need to subscribe to the maintenance contract mentioned above. But malfunction problems can still occur, whether due to wear of mechanical parts, a failure of the mechanism or following a break-in attempt, it is then necessary to know how to react in an emergency.
