No more container cupboard bazaar!

Orphan lid, stack of boxes that collapses, mini-flacony disappeared at the bottom of the cabinet ... The puzzles of the containers for lunches and remains is constantly to be redone. Pour vous aider, nous avons demandé conseil à la designer Sophie Tremblay, de ST Design, et à l’organisatrice professionnelle Elizabeth Alescio, alias Mlle Range-Tout.

Start by cleaning, taking out all your containers and checking that each pot has its lid.You can then eliminate those who are incomplete, broken, worn and that you do not like to keep only those you use.If you hesitate to keep some, put them in a box and put them in a reclined location, for example in the basement.You can always get rid of it later if they are definitely useless.This decluttering will give you the opportunity to see much more clearly and gain storage space.

It is important to think about where you are going to store your boxes, but it is not necessary to group them all in the same place.You just have to watch out for those that serve you frequently and put the containers to which children must access without help at the right height.

Account the types of containers (small, medium, large) that you need every day for lunch, snacks, sauces, remaining and keep the strict necessary.If you have to buy it down, favor stackable models, of identical square or rectangular shape because they are more lodging than the circles, and do not be trapped by the large lots of pots if you only need 10,unless you can easily store them.Also avoid reuse the supermarket food containers (Margarine, Yogurt, etc..) because their lids lack sealing.

A drawer is always more practical than a shelf since we can see and reach the entire content without contorting.This is a great option if you plan to redo your kitchen, but there are simple and inexpensive solutions to effectively organize your containers on a tablet.Start by storing the least used (especially the largest) in the more difficult accessible spaces, such as the bottom of the cabinet or the drawer.Stack the others in front and collect the mini-platies with their lids and the vinaigrette bottles that tend to disappear under the others in one box.

Placed pell-mell in the wardrobe, the lids pose the most problems and it is always the last found that corresponds to the box that we need ... arranging them vertically turns out to be the best solution to locate and easily enter them.There are several storage options at a lower cost:

-use a dishes to wedge them in each assignment holder;

- Store all the covers in the same box, like a large unused container;

-Use a review or mail sorter;

-Slide a display on the tablet to put the covers above the containers.It is better to classify them by size to see them well, because with this option, they cannot be positioned vertically;

- place one or two curtain rods at pressure as a separator in the drawer or cabinet;

-a little more expensive, but very effective for impeccable storage, the Blum organ-line system includes bins, longitudinal and transversal separators adjustable from 11 in 48 in in the drawers and existing lines existing.
