Outside of Paris, rallies take place in more than 160 cities in France. In Marseille, 4,300 people, according to the police, marched through the center.

In Nice, according to the police, 6,000 people marched around the same slogan: "freedom". In Montpellier, 5,000 demonstrators according to the prefecture took over the Place de la Comédie to cries of “freedom” and “down with the health dictatorship”, before marching through the center.

3,500 people also marched in Annecy, according to the prefecture. In Lyon, less than 2,000 people, divided into two processions, marched. About 4,000 people demonstrated in Strasbourg.

Demonstrations also took place, among others in the North, in Lille (2000). In the West, 4,000 people marched in Nantes where incidents took place. There were 2,700 in Vannes, 2,200 in Rennes and 2,000 in Rouen. Further south, 2,000 people marched inToulouseandPerpignan.
