The 200,000th customer
This result is a source of real pride for the entire Eurelian SME in the middle of the fields and “a wonderful gift at a time when we have also just celebrated our 200,000th customer! underlines Maxime Conuau, e-commerce manager and in charge of communication.
This award is all the more honorable as we are the only site in our universe (protection and occultation of light) mentioned in this ranking, which confirms our choice to manufacture exclusively in France.
Maxime ConuauHead of e-commerce Stores-et-Rideaux.comA list of achievements which above all crowns an adventure that began in 2011 “with committed teams who devote all their energy on a daily basis to best serve our many customers”.
An adventure that we echoed in full containment in September 2020:

A French collective success
The company evokes a French collective success, the fruit of a chain of values "patiently built with companies and partners to whom we have been loyal since our beginnings: web agencies, bank, public services, local elected officials, insurance, transporters, accountants, lawyers, etc…”
We welcome this recognition as a guarantee of the quality of the work carried out over all these years in our workshops in Eure-et-Loir, but also as a responsibility to further improve our daily standards.
Maxime CornuauFor the fourth consecutive year, Capital has joined forces with the Statista Institute and is publishing the list of "Best e-commerce sites 2021".
For the first time, Blinds-and-curtains. com is part of this list in the "Wall decoration" category, with an excellent score of 7.3/10!
To establish this list, Capital magazine called on the independent institute Statista to study more than 10,000 merchant sites in France (directed towards the general public).
After having selected the most important sites of their sector according to their frequentation and their activity, the analysts of Statista carried out a series of technical tests based on more than 53 criteria, from October 2020 to January 2021.
Six major themes were analyzed: Level of audience; ergonomics & site construction; trust & security (payment); purchase & delivery ; after-sales & communication ; technical performance.
In parallel with the ranking, an online consumer survey was carried out with a panel of 3,000 cybershoppers, with the aim of collecting qualitative feedback and comparing the professional analysis with the reality on the ground.
