Who to vote for? These personalities have already made their choice

Blanche Gardin, Véronique Genest, Jacques Dutronc, Brigitte Bardot, Renaud... if there are not many of them, several artists reveal their preference for the first round.

POLITICS - D one red carpet to another. They are not numerous, the artists, to engage in this presidential election. The time when Ségolène Royal brought together, around her, Georges Moustaki, Cali, Yannick Noah, Renaud, Michel Delpech or Emmanuelle Béart -just that- at the Charléty stadium in 2007, between the two rounds of the election , seems a long way off.

Fifteen years later, public figures no longer run to rallies and are more reluctant to put themselves forward. Only a handful of artists, comedians, comedians or novelists revealed their vote for this first round... with, it must be said, a certain penchant for Jean-Luc Mélenchon. The candidate of rebellious France can notably count on the support of 2000 personalities - more or less known to the general public - who published a forum to this effect at the beginning of April.

Emmanuel Macron, too, obtained the support of several “stars”, some of whom were present during his big – and only – meeting at the Arena in Nanterre. Other "people" prefer to support Philippe Poutou, Marine Le Pen, Eric Zemmour, Yannick Jadot or Nicolas Dupont-Aignan.
